Refund Policy

At The Lost Arcana, each item is made to order using a print-on-demand process. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are custom printed upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number in your message

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Lost Arcana is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
