Print-on-Demand Production

All of our items are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each product is created specifically for you after your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and ensure quality.

Because of this, production times apply before shipping.

Order Processing & Production Time

Orders are typically produced and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, production times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after production:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. The Lost Arcana is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

The Lost Arcana is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you.
